When you download your first app, the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application (which you’ll use to manage future downloads) installs at the same time.

  1. Open the Creative Cloud website. (Sign in if prompted.)

  2. Click Download next to the app you want to download. Your app begins to download.

  3. On your desktop, double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.

    macOS: The name of the downloaded file is _Installer.dmg.

    Windows: The name of the downloaded file is _Set-Up.exe.

  4. Once the installer window opens, sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID and password if you’re not already signed in.

  5. Fill out the short questionnaire that opens on your screen and click Continue.

  6. Click Start Installing to install your app.

    Once installed, your app launches automatically.
